Printed books: worldwide shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available services and charges for your selected books before payment. If your destination is not listed, email contact@papermoonstories.com for delivery help.

Printing and delivery times

Each physical book is printed to order before dispatch. Production time depends on the edition and production route. For books printed in the UK, the current printing target is three working days, with up to five working days during busy periods. Carrier transit starts after dispatch and is additional to printing time. International transit varies by destination and service; customs processing can add time. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Delivery charges and services

Choose from the services offered at checkout. Multi-copy and mixed-format baskets can have different delivery charges from a single book and may arrive separately. Untracked services do not include parcel tracking; choose a tracked service if you need it. Local import duties or taxes may be payable on arrival where these are not collected at checkout.

Our illustrated books come in paperback and hardback, with portrait and landscape layouts. Your order confirmation lists the edition and price you selected.

For a delivery question, delayed order or damaged parcel, email contact@papermoonstories.com with your order number. Please contact us before returning a parcel so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Ebooks: immediate digital access

Ebooks do not need printing, dispatch or physical delivery. After successful payment, we automatically email download links for both EPUB and PDF. There is no ebook postage charge. Check your spam or junk folder if the email is missing, and contact contact@papermoonstories.com with your order number if you need help.

If you buy ebooks and physical books together, the ebook links are sent after payment while the physical books follow the printing and delivery process above.
